Orders
Orders are typically confirmed over WhatsApp after you approve a digital mockup or proof. Production begins only after this approval and, where applicable, payment is received. Minimum order quantities may apply and will be communicated before you confirm.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted per order based on product, quantity, and customization complexity. We accept payment via UPI and, for larger corporate orders, bank transfer. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
Proofs & Approval
We will provide a digital mockup or proof before printing begins. You are responsible for reviewing this proof carefully — including spelling, colors, and layout — before approving it. Once approved, changes may not be possible without additional cost or delay.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and shipping timelines are communicated at the time of order and may vary based on order size and product type. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because most products are custom-made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for correctly produced items. If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork or a design for printing, you confirm you have the right to use and reproduce it. You are responsible for ensuring your design does not infringe on any third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights.
Limitation of Liability
Kadmira is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
